Just got the drill and "discovered" what other's have noted – does not work with my existing drill. It was crazy at first (for me not to do this and Makita, ES), is reflected.
First mentioned in advertising "Hex" – hardly. I actually read the specs, but I was on the 4.1 "spec on the right side, not the search term on the left. This is just HORRIBLE writing. Also, I had no idea what that meant I had to buy new bits. So I give the 'Product only four stars.
Once I got past the emotions, I decided that this was a great product. My wife could never fit (too small hands and not enough strength in his arms), always had me all the drilling and screws. But this can be a skill saw and nail gun race with the best of them! So now we have a tip that you can use when they want. And the size / weight is best for them and it's easier for me. I'm not a businessman, I need not have the 18V battery or 8.3 "ChuckI still have an investment in the drill. My bits are more than 20 years and has never been sharpened, so that an additional $ 30 for the new bit is a big problem.
Overall, the product looks good, but expectations have been poorly treated.

I was in the midst of a project where my old drill, died a 8.3 "Craftsman has been wireless. As I look around for a similar drills, I discovered that now are quite expensive. I grabbed it and found it in a bag. I read the manual for the drill and charger. The new manuals have been printed for reconditioned units. I grabbed the battery, charger and drill, the second battery was attached. I tried to run the drill, however, there was no answer. I have the charger, and after a minute or two indicators flashing light indicates the battery was defective. Not liable. I calculated the remainingCharged battery, and in order. The drill then operated.
Before you do anything to help me CPORyobi contacted and the response e-mail said to have submitted the application for a replacement battery for the factory. If you do not hear anything within 10 days, back in touch. Thus, I and my project on hold. I can read the fine print in return for PCO, and it says, and new goods returned within 30 days for a refund. I'm a patient guy, but my project on hold. If Inot a good battery within 10 days, I get a refund and buy at Lowes and a new
This means that a problem they thought I did not understand. These units were used, including batteries, and do not know how much life is left in them. New cost about the same as this year, which would double the cost of these cheap. I will update this review when and if the battery problem is solved, and I really try to drill.

I received a replacement battery from the manufacturer today. I gave the drill a test run, drilling a 4.1 "inch hole in a" 8.1 aluminum strip thickness, and it worked well, the drilling is a light, well balanced essential and should be sufficient for my needs . it’s worth the dime. that being said no cordless will be better than a corded tool. i bought it because it had the rebate for the third battery.

with a corded tool you have to drag a cord. time is money so when you need the juice plug in. when you need to move this is the tool.
3/8″ & 5/8″ wedge anchors, 3/8″ sleeve anchors, 5/8″ lead anchors, 3/16″ concrete screws and 1″ chipping bit. a hard piece of agragate will slow you down but if you use the correctly you will have success.
punch & dimple door frames, floor closer install and removal (not initial demo for pit bucket,) thresholds, floorstops, removable mullions. totally awesome for ones & twos…
let the hammer work for you which means you don’t have to push with the force of the unstoppable. it will go thru.
when the battery dies, it dies, none of this slowly dying, it’s dead. bit six inches in and it’s dead. they charge fast and they are not finicky to get off like some other cordless tools.
i wouldn’t use it in the rain and i would buy it agin.
hilti jus came out with a lithium version for twice the price. twice as nice? everything breaks someday. there will be a new flavor of the month next year but for right now i am not dragging two hundred feet of extension to meander around the maze of a construction labyrinth.
the bit pocket in the hardcase is stupid. it opens when you try and close the box and there is a dumb moment of close and slam that never works… the pocket is lame. just not thought out with actual use in mind.
