As others have said very good kit, paid $ 127 here in a special. The case is the only negative, the cheap thin plastic. The Strokes drill with the help of foundations, such as wood and very little vibration.

I bought this kit about two years ago, sold for about $ 125. I used the mill a couple of times, but it seems to be as sturdy and well built like a Makita should be. I used the rotary hammer a few dozen times, in particular for the definition of tap-cons, and moves through the poured concrete, so fast, it's fun. I also drilled some 5 / 8 "and 3 / 4" holes in poured concrete and brick / mortar. There is plenty of power to do work with larger pieces, too.

It works like a champ! I do not plan on a continuous, but the heavy use of rotary hammer works much better than I expected. I have several 1 / 2 holes for anchoring in a concrete slab, and so far it is working properly. The side grinder free (Amazon.com) was a nice bonus.
